CHARITY
Coming from the Northside of Edmonton one thing we here at FUTURE IS GRIM have always valued is charity and giving back to our community. We are commited to growing our community along with our buisness. The success that we see will be mutual benifical for our community. “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.” ~ Muhammad Ali

HIP HOP ON THE AVE
Hip Hop on the Ave is an annual All Ages & Free Hip Hop show in support of 630 Cheds Santas Anonymous. Now in its 8th year this event was birthed by FUTURE IS GRIM member Stephen 'Komrade' as his birthday celebration on 118 Avenue at the Avenue Theatre.
Running for 6 years at the Avenue Theatre before moving to the Abbottsfield Recreation Center for year 7, the importance of the 118 Avenue and keeping the event Northside has always been a theme at Hip Hop on the Ave. In addition the event has become synonymous with the first oppurtunity many Edmonton rappers have on stage. Some still in highschool.
The event also partners with 630 Ched Santas Anonymous. Although the show is free all concert goers must donate a new unused toy for Santas Anonymous. Each year this event rasies hundreds of toys which are delivered the following Christmas.
